a learning curve

Bad back and blisters

I was I’ll for a couple of weeks with what I thought was a virus and because I had been laid/sat in bed the inevitable happened so after staggering round like a bent old witch I thought a visit to the docs was in order as I was besides myself with the pain. Having no real joy with him I rang a chiropractor and had my first visit yesterday. Which whilst successful has left me with a bit of vertigo.

Anyways, part if the treatment plan is to change my way of thought by having two positive thoughts on waking and two thoughts of something good that has happened through the day. So, here are my positive thoughts for today

I will get the bathroom curtains up the right way ( I had washed them prior to my back going and my son put them up for me. See the picture belie, bless him. It does make me giggle each time I go in the bathroom though)

My second positive thought is to just enjoy the walk to school this morning 🙂

What would be your positive thoughts for the day?
