a learning curve

when jogging things jiggle

Started doing an exercise routine yesterday, how do you decide which is the best one for you? So, on the advice of my boss, I looked at Yoga apps for the ipad, found one that said it was for beginners and easy, so off I went, honestly, if this is easy then please do not show me hard! I knew I was unfit by by god I couldn’t even get into some of these positions never mind hold them for several seconds! I shall persevere though.

I also looked at sets to improve abs and core, managed to do quite a few of them to be honest but I wasn’t really inspired by them so I am still on the lookout for something that is enjoyable as well as productive.

Any suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated, I don’t want to hit the gym yet as I would only show myself up hahaha, I will wait until I can at least keep up with something for more than 5 minutes!
