a learning curve

Sleep eludes me

What do you do with yourself when sleep is just a step in front of you and you can’t quite catch up with it? I would like to use my sleepless hours during this quiet night time to do something constructive but to be honest, I am just too bloody tired!

Th NaBloPoMo challenge has given me something at least to focus on because when sleep is running away I can channel my thoughts into a blog post, which is, I find, calming my mind and stopping thoughts of work and such like crowding in and fighting for space within my mind. I am hoping, this in turn, will allow me to fall back to sleep at last.
